5-year warranty
If it stops, we replace it.
Every Evolved Novelties, Zero Tolerance, Playboy Pleasure, Gender X and SELOPA toy comes with a limited 5-year warranty against material and mechanical defects. Thank you for buying from the people who make them.
What it covers
- It won't turn on or off.
- It won't cycle through all of its speeds or functions.
- It only partly works.
- It's noticeably weak, or has lost its power.
- A tear, break or separation in the material.
Something else going on? Contact us and we'll talk it through.
How a claim works
- Fill out the claim form and add a photo of your toy. Most phone photos work fine, including HEIC from an iPhone.
- You get a confirmation email with next steps.
- We replace your toy with the same one, or a similar one if it's no longer available.
Good to know
You cover the cost of shipping the toy back. Send it without the packaging to keep that cost down.
Outside the US, Mexico and Canada, you provide the return shipping. In Australia or New Zealand, fill out the form and then contact us directly.
