Thank you for your Evolved World purchase! All of our products includes a limited five-year warranty from date of purchase against any mechanical or material defects.
You do not need to pre-register your toy for a warranty.
In order to receive a replacement for the product, please fill out the fields below and click submit. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation on the next page, which will also be e-mailed to you. Further instructions will follow in the confirmation. Your product will be replaced with the same item or similar. When we receive the item, should the product be out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement. If you have any questions prior to processing this warranty please submit your inquiry through the contact page. Please be advised that if you misplaced your packaging or receipt, you will still be able to receive a replacement upon returning your defective product. You may send the product without packaging in order to save on shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer.
Evolved is not responsible for any lost or stolen products.
Please note: Residents outside of the US, Mexico or Canada, are required to pay for shipping to and from our company. Please provide a return label when shipping the defective item to us.
