What's the difference between thrusting, tapping and twirling?
Thrusting toys move in and out on their own, so you hold still and it does the work. Tapping toys give quick little beats on one spot, like a fingertip. Twirling toys have a head or beads that spin while they vibrate. Most people already know which one they want the moment they watch the video.
What's a rabbit vibrator?

Using your toy
How do I use a toy for the first time?
Charge it fully, wash it, add a little water-based lubricant, start on the lowest setting and go slow. The basics, without the lecture: how to use sex toys.
Do I need lube?
Not always, but it makes almost everything better. Use water-based lube with silicone toys. Silicone-based lube can damage silicone toys over time.
Are your toys loud?
Most are quiet enough that a closed door handles it. Higher speeds and thrusting toys are louder. The video on each product page has the sound on, so you can hear it first.
Can I use it in the shower or bath?
Only if the product page says waterproof (IPX7). Splash-proof is not the same thing. When in doubt, keep it out of the tub.
How do I turn it on, change modes or lock it?
Usually a long press turns it on and short presses change modes, but every toy is a little different. Your toy's manual is on the product manuals page.
Can I use my toy while it's charging?
No. Unplug it first. It's safer and better for the battery.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is free in the continental United States. Faster options are available at checkout.
What does the package look like?
A plain brown box addressed to you. No pictures, no product names on the outside.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. If FedEx and its partners deliver to your address, we can ship to you. Shipping costs and any customs fees show at checkout or on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. If you created an account, your orders and tracking are also in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best. Orders before 1pm Pacific move fast, so the sooner the better. Contact us.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes tracking, reordering and warranty claims easier.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a toy?
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened toys can't be resold for obvious reasons, so they can only come back if they're defective or we sent the wrong thing.
I got the wrong item. Now what?
Sorry about that. Contact us right away and we'll get the right product to you. If it's our mistake, we cover the return shipping.
My toy arrived broken or stopped working.
That's what the warranty is for. Submit the details on the warranty page and we'll sort it out.
How long does a refund take?
Up to about four weeks from when you hand the package to the shipper, often sooner: shipping time back to us, a few days to process it, and your bank's own processing time.

What's the golden ticket?
About one visit in 25 turns up a golden ticket: a code for a free gift on any order. It's luck. We can't tell you when, and we've stopped trying to explain it to our accountant.
Is there a late-night deal?
From 11pm to 2am Eastern, the free gift kicks in at $20 instead of $30. The code shows up at the top of the page when it's time.
Can I use more than one code?
Usually one code per order, and some codes are once per customer. Automatic discounts and free gifts apply on their own. Chargers are excluded from promo codes and sitewide discounts.
How do I hear about deals first?

We do. Evolved World sells toys from the Evolved Novelties family of brands: Evolved Novelties, SELOPA, Gender X, Zero Tolerance, Playboy Pleasure and Barely Bare. Six brands, one cart, sold by the people who make them.

Yes. We use your information to process and ship your order and, if you sign up, to send emails. Details are in our privacy policy.

The box is plain and addressed to you. What's inside is your business.
